What You’ll Do:
  • Your core focus: Develop strategies and initiatives to drive user engagement on the Marmalade platform; promote core behaviors that create social proof and community on the platform.
  • Research and propose solutions for what will motivate our audience to participate
  • Drive scale for our partnerships and build brand engagement and affinity through community relationship building; ensure smooth execution of all brand marketing partnerships
  • Build and own relationships with our communities of influencers, brands, founders, and tastemakers, maintaining engagement across groups as they scale
  • Blend creative ideas and execution skills to reach new audiences and grow our community: develop community-building initiatives and activations, including IRL events, digital campaign moments, PR initiatives, and more
  • Partner with our content team to plan and execute new creative partnerships and campaigns
  • Manage weekly analytics, providing results that track against KPIs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Community, PR, Communications, or Influencer Marketing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience growing and engaging an online community of influencers and tastemakers; if this doesn’t describe you, we’re interested in how you have crafted compelling stories to drive buzz, engage audiences, and get them to take action
  • Experience using various channels to drive organic awareness and growth, including social media
  • Bonus: experience and familiarity with the DTC brand space
  • We are prioritizing candidates based in NYC and LA; candidates must be located in US time zones and authorized to work in the United States.

Salary range: 85k, depending on location and experience
