About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Sales Finance to be the primary Finance partner for our rapidly growing Partnerships and Provider Sales Teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our financial strategies, incentive structures, and data-driven insights are best in class to drive sustainable growth. You will leverage your strong financial acumen to align strategic decisions with financial guardrails, creating a balanced approach to growth and profitability.
As the Director of Sales Finance, you will own the design and implementation of variable compensation plans, measure ROI and performance across sales teams, and provide financial support to our growth strategy in close partnership with stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our financial practices incentivize high performance while aligning with Rula’s broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Finance experience with some focus operational/strategic finance and/or investing finance
- Minimum 4+ years experience in partnering with Sales and GTM teams
- Prior experience designing commission and variable incentive plans
- Strong understanding of revenue, cost and ROI considerations (human capital, tools, incentives)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in high growth startup, banking, or private equity environments
- Experience in marketplace businesses
- Experience in healthcare or with payers
