Pereview Software is looking for a Contract/Freelance HubSpot Administrator with 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations hubs with an eye for process optimization in the areas of Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and Support Ops. This role involves performing tasks on time assigned in our project management system, participating in requirements gathering meetings, documenting requirements, and implementing these in the respective Hub. Tasks may include implementing new operations/processes, building workflows, creating campaigns/forms/UTM codes, creating dashboards and reports, managing CRM cleanliness and documenting SOPs.

Requirements
· 100% commitment to clean data into the CRM and ability to document best practices to avoid duplicates
· Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders, translate them into tasks and implement in HubSpot
· Design new workflows in Miro (or similar tool), get approvals from stakeholders, and ability to build in HubSpot and document in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
· Audit existing properties, workflows, automations to alleviate duplication and simplify operations
· Define sales operations for Apollo.io (strongly preferred) and HubSpot Sales Hub integration
· Define data flow from Apollo.io (strongly preferred) to HubSpot Sales hub and best practice to manage and trigger workflows/sequences etc. in HubSpot
· Audit and sync necessary properties across objects for consistent data flow from marketing to sales, to operations
· Make recommendations about how to get more value out of the HubSpot instance
· Review sales operations, marketing operations, make and implement recommendations for optimization
· Have an attitude of relentless operationalization and simplification
Qualifications:· 7+ years of experience in HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub
· 5+ years of experience with Service Hub
· Experience with Apollo.io and HubSpot Sales Hub
· Deep knowledge of custom reporting and dashboard development
· Referenceable client or experience performing this type of work
· Excellent communication skills
· HubSpot Certifications are a plus
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
· Quality computer, high-speed internet, Microsoft suite including Microsoft Teams
Important Note:
•Only open to US freelancers - Local to Dallas, TX or preferably in an EST or CST time zone.
• Compensation: $45.00 per hour.
• Examples of Workflows built, and complex trigger criterion will be required for interview with hiring manager.
• This role is 20 hours per week
• 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension
• You will need to use your own computer
Compensation and working hours:
