What you’ll do
You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organisation, including CEO, CFO, and CTO. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on complex products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You are equally comfortable working with external clients as with internal stakeholders (including executives). You’re excited to become an expert and to share your knowledge. You’re an organised self-starter, an excellent communicator who is highly analytical and has a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive adoption of our software products to new prospects in targeted segments
  • Test market positioning & appropriate selling motion for all new Spend Management software products at Airwallex
  • Refine Go To Market playbook by working closely with Strategy, Revenue Operations and Product Marketing
  • Provide feedback to Product to inform development roadmap and commercial priorities

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience at a Technology company, driving the adoption and sales for software products
  • Proven experience and understanding of Expense/Spend Management products
  • Evidence of working cross functionally across multiple stakeholders to drive product or solution adoption
  • A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment

Compensation

250K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission
Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.
The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.
Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
