About You
Nutrafol is looking for a data-driven and growth mindset Senior Associate, Paid Search. In this role, you will be an integral part of executing, managing, testing and optimizing paid search campaigns on the Growth Marketing Team and will report to the Paid Search Manager. The main focus of this role will be supporting new customer acquisition via Google & Bing.

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of campaigns, optimizations, SQR reviews, budget and bid management
- Lead new campaign launches from briefing the creative team, keyword and creative planning, to execution & reporting
- Work with Paid Search Manager to analyze large data sets and identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- Partner closely with brand and creative teams to develop and optimize ads based on performance data
- Collaborate with other growth channels in order to execute an integrated marketing campaign
- Partner with Google Account Team to monitor, optimize, and improve account health
- Effectively manage spend at a tactical level according to monthly budgets
- Proactively come to the table with opportunities to drive incremental orders
- Closely monitor competitor activity and provide competitor analyses
- Work closely with Data and Analytics team to create automated dashboards
- Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively share with larger team
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience working on Paid Search and managing large budgets
- Ability to independently manipulate data in excel/Google sheets and provide actionable insights
- Proficient, hand-on-keyboard experience in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads across Search & Shopping
- Experience with bid management tools (Marin, Skai, or similar)
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in terms of CPA, CTR, and other lower-funnel metrics
- Experience executing and analyzing A/B creative tests
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize & work efficiently across multiple projects & tasks
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and site teams
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Tableau and/or similar web analytics tools
- Experience with a D2C or subscription-based businesses
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
110,000 USD
