Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day engagement with our banking partners, exchanges, and technology service providers to deliver against Strike’s business goals and launch new products for our customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams to onboard new partners, execute on the roadmap, and enhance processes.
  • Drive vendor selection decisions, pricing models, and negotiations to enhance our vendor landscape and engagements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders for expanding existing partnerships to align with product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Negotiate amendments to existing agreements and new scopes of partnership.
  • Streamline product partnership processes to facilitate scalable growth.
  • Establish SLAs and performance standards for partners, overseeing implementation and tracking commitments.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans for new implementations, ensuring timely delivery through close collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
  • Assist in incident resolution, coordinating with Engineering teams to manage partner communications and escalations.
  • Conduct regular partner communications and business reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical project/program management and/or business operations experience.
  • Experience in fast-growing global fintech startups preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, build strong relationships, communicate effectively, problem-solve, and drive toward key outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative), and organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
