We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to serve as the product/brand marketing manager across all of our lines of business. We want detail oriented, go get it done, relationship builder! Someone who is a great communicator, presenter, and proactive.
In this role, you will keep the trains running on schedule, make sure all ducks are in line and ensure that the company has the tools to proactively sell and build our brand.
This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing Management.
The Role:
What will you own
  • Brand reputation - you will proactively monitor what the industry and consumers are saying about us. You will monitor and report out on online scores and qualitative trends, as well as make recommendations to improve our reputation. You will be focused on promoting and putting our best foot forward on sites like BBB, Google Reviews, and TrustPilot.
  • Stats and figures - You will own the most up to date stats and figures on our business, making sure that they are compliant and implemented throughout the business. Additionally, you will have opportunities to find new areas to use our data for storytelling.
  • Partner reviews – What the industry says about us matters. Working closely with our business development team, PR team, and affiliate teams you will be in charge of keeping an eye on our partner reviews to make sure that the content is accurate, up to date, and compelling.
  • Customer stories - No one tells the story of Achieve better than our members. You will always be on the lookout for new customer stories to develop and produce. You will partner cross functionally to identify and cultivate strong relationships with consumers that have compelling stories to tell.
Qualifications
Requirements/Characteristics
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in consumer product marketing, brand strategy, brand marketing, and brand execution.
  • Relevant experience in consumer financial services is good but not required – in banking, debt solutions, lending, or fintech.
  • Strong track record of building effective product marketing programs rooted in deep consumer insights. You are empathetic and passionate about understanding and advocating for consumers in marketing initiatives, messaging and experience.
  • You know how to use data to make a compelling business case.
  • Familiarity with consumer and product research. A strong ability to synthesize insights into actionable marketing intelligence.
  • Familiarity with full-funnel online and offline marketing initiatives, from broad awareness to targeted performance campaigns.
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships, influence others and lead cross-functional teams including creative, media and business partners.
  • Outstanding communications, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills. You know how to develop strategic and execution plans and clearly convey them to partners and stakeholders. You are an engaging and compelling presenter and a natural storyteller.
  • You are a fast learner with a lot of horsepower. You are energetic, assertive, results-oriented, curious, self-starter with the desire and ability to go above and beyond.

Salary Range: 110,000.00 per year plus bonus and benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
