The Vice President of Customer Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive user growth across multiple channels. This executive role demands a data-driven approach, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the DFS market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships, particularly within the sports or gaming industries.
What you’ll do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the overall customer acquisition strategy, aligning with the company’s growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set and execute against clear acquisition targets and performance metrics.
  • Ability to concisely articulate strategy and vision at the executive level.
  • Ability to drive both brand and performance metrics through a data driven strategy.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports with varying levels of experience.
  • Marketing & Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional touch points.
  • Expert with data and tracking methodologies for mobile apps. Ability to accurately measure campaign performance by channel, iterate on results, and communicate strategy in a way that the entire marketing team can understand.
  • Customer Insights & Segmentation: Leverage customer insights to develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor acquisition efforts to different user groups.
  • Partnership Development:Understanding of the DFS influencer ecosystem and different types of talent contracts.
  • Deep understanding of Acquisition offers in the gaming space and what motivates customers to act.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing and product development to support acquisition goals.
  • Experience working with agencies as well as leading internal teams.
  • Player coach mentality. We need people who will roll up their sleeves.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with a significant portion spent in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling user bases within the DFS, sports, or gaming industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Anywhere in the US is fine but Atlanta would be preferred.
