Position Summary
Great Minds is looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Product Officer and Chief Knowledge Officers by handling daily agenda tasks. This role involves managing a variety of administrative duties that are crucial for the day-to-day functioning of the office including contributions to event management, team communications, and the preparation of presentations and meetings.
Responsibilities
Support multiple C-Level executives in managing complex calendars, planning and organizing events and meetings, assisting teams in staying connected, and supporting various projects.
Ensure that all meetings and correspondences involving the team run smoothly and professionally, including meticulous scribing of meetings and diligent follow-up on action items.
Create and edit presentations, documents, spreadsheets and reports
Develop and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Lead events, communications and meetings.
Drive team activities (e.g meeting agendas, off-site events).
Cultivate strong working relationships with professionals throughout the organization, especially cross-functionally, to support ensuring vision, strategy, and products align to Great Minds’

5+ years of executive level administrative support.
Advanced skills in MS Office.

The expected base salary range for this position is 67,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
