The Senior Product Manager for Easy Scalable Configuration plays a critical role in Center’s mission to simplify spend management for businesses of all sizes. What You’ll Do:
Lead Product Vision & Strategy: Craft and execute the product strategy for our "Easy Scalable Configuration" theme, ensuring alignment with Center’s overarching goals and market needs.
Drive Product Development: Spearhead the lifecycle of scalable solutions, focusing on customization, automation, and user experience to streamline platform setup and usage.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and other cross-functional partners to develop a suite of scalable and flexible solutions. Ensure these solutions enhance platform adaptability and seamlessly meet businesses' diverse needs.
Customer-Centric Design: Utilize customer feedback and analytics to continuously improve configuration processes, aiming for automation and ease of use.
Solution-Oriented Leadership: Identify and address configuration challenges, reducing setup time and enhancing customer satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive features suite that bolsters the platform’s configurability.
Unified Vision Steering: Manage alignment and understanding of priorities, business strategy, project status, trade-off decisions, and investment with stakeholders.
Adapt & Evolve: Keep abreast of market trends and technology advancements to ensure Center’s solutions remain competitive and responsive to customer needs.
Who You Are:
You have a formal education in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
You bring 5+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management, excelling in integrations, usability, and scalability, and a history of significant leadership in evolving and expanding processes within late-stage startups or major enterprises.
You have extensive technical product management experience in API technology and embedded solutions, successfully leading mid-market and enterprise configuration projects with strategic oversight for user-friendly integration of complex systems.
You’re skilled in leading product development from ideation to launch, with a strong portfolio of managing product enhancements that improve configurability and user experience.
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain your approach and the impact of your work to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way and achieve consensus.
You possess excellent analytical abilities, leveraging customer insights and data to drive product decisions.
Your leadership skills enable you to work effectively across functions, inspiring teams to deliver high-quality products.
You’re adept in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management, emphasizing rapid iteration and customer feedback.
You’re innovative, constantly seeking to develop and implement solutions that simplify complex processes and make systems more intuitive and adaptable for users.

The role's pay transparency salary range is 200,000 annually plus bonus and stock options.
