Customer Service Associate Contract

Aquagear Water Filtration is seeking a remote, full-time Customer Service Associate who will answer product questions, concerns, and complaints and assist customers over email, phone, and website chat. Quiet at-home work environment required.

Primary Duties

  • Answer inbound customer service calls and email regarding product setup and troubleshooting
  • Answer inbound calls and email from prospective customers to discuss product features and promotions, highlighting benefits of product
  • Handle outbound calls as needed
  • Assist with placement of orders over phone
  • Document customer service issues using online tracking log
  • Provide reports and logs to management
  • Perform other duties and special projects as needed

Skills

  • Ability to work diligently to answer customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Quiet environment for taking phone calls during working hours without interruption
  • Good phone demeanor
  • Computer proficiency, ability to use Google spreadsheets and email
  • High attention to detail
