What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a hands-on Content Designer to help us refine the Grow therapist experience through a brand lens. You’ll report into our Head of Design and be embedded on the Brand team. You will partner directly with our Provider Experience and Clinical Excellence teammates in order to drive the top-of-funnel provider journey from discovery to onboarding. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead creation and execution of marketing, instructional, and onboarding content not limited to, but including multi-media ads, email and communication campaigns, educational collateral, blog and thought leadership content, website copy testing, and more
- Develop key messaging and brand strategy for the therapist experience
- Partner with the brand design team to develop exceptional experiences with brand focus and continuity
- Partner with Growth-focused Lifecycle Manager to share best practices, tactics, and co-design experiences
- Collaborate with the sales, success, and product provider teams to intentionally design the future of best-in-class therapist experiences
Salary range: $118,000-140,000
