Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RevOps Manager to join our team as the first hire in our Revenue Operations department. This role will be critical in establishing the foundation for our RevOps function and ensuring the seamless integration of sales, marketing, and customer success operations. Goals and KPIs:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive a 25% increase in total revenue by optimizing sales, marketing, and success operations.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: Improve lead conversion rate by 20% through effective lead management and sales enablement strategies.
  • Project Completion: Ensure 100% of revenue team projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Sales Efficiency: Reduce the sales cycle length by 20% and increase close ratios through better use of sales tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations framework that aligns our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive cohesive and efficient processes.
  • Streamline Tools and Processes: Analyze and optimize the tools and processes used by sales, marketing, and customer success, integrating cutting-edge technologies like AI to enhance efficiency.
  • Data Strategy Development: Create a robust data collection, management, and analysis strategy, ensuring accurate and actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Build Department Foundations: Establish the processes, systems, and culture for the RevOps department, laying the groundwork for future growth and success.
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement policies and best practices that guide revenue operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
Operational Excellence:
  • Support Sales Operations: Assist the sales team in managing lead scoring, pipeline management, and sales tool utilization, aiming to improve sales efficiency and close ratios.
  • Enhance Marketing Operations: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, campaign tracking, and conversion metrics, driving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen Customer Success Operations: Work with the customer success team to map the customer journey, improve onboarding processes, and enhance customer retention strategies.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage all projects within the revenue teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with company goals.
  • Develop Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster Alignment and Communication: Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams through regular communication and collaborative efforts.
  • Drive Change Management: Lead initiatives to implement new processes and technologies across the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams on new tools, processes, and best practices, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee Project Implementation: Manage the practical implementation of RevOps strategies, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into day-to-day operations.
Tactical Implementation:
  • Manage Lead Operations: Set up and oversee lead routing and scoring processes to ensure high-quality leads are efficiently handed off to the sales team.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in CRM and other systems through regular audits and clean-up activities.
  • Implement Revenue Attribution: Set up systems for accurate revenue attribution to sales, marketing, and customer success efforts, ensuring a clear understanding of our revenue sources.



  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms, with a focus on AI and advanced technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
