Role Overview: As an Account Director at The Goat Agency, you will play a pivotal role in our client servicing team, responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued clients. Collaborating with major brands, you'll work alongside a talented and passionate group of professionals who share your enthusiasm for social media marketing and influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Client Servicing: Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven and innovative social media and influencer marketing strategies that drive performance and ROI for clients.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with the campaign delivery team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, overseeing project management, and coordinating with internal teams, influencers, and external partners.
  • Performance Marketing: Utilise your expertise in performance marketing to optimise campaigns, track key metrics, and provide data-backed insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of account managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Client Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive new business growth through upselling and referrals.
  • Agency Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
  • Performance Marketing: Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Influencer Marketing: Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, including identifying and managing influencers for campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with client goals.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and motivating teams, driving collaboration, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Client-focused: A passion for providing top-notch client service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in using various marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
