Requirements
  • Proven the ability to actively drive business opportunities and generate revenue from assigned accounts.
  • Strong track record of building and managing relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that enable robust and long-lasting relationships.
  • Understanding of EV or energy industry knowledge that translates to deep understanding of customer needs and growing accounts effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Embrace innovation and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key accounts by proactively engaging with counterparts and expanding The Mobility House’s footprint within the account.
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts, write proposals, and develop deals to closing (i.e. issue quotes, consult with Sales Engineer)
  • Educate and train accounts on The Mobility House's products and services, ensuring their comprehensive ability to effectively integrate and promote the value proposition to their customers.
  • Interface across internal teams to ensure excellent service for the account and act as the account’s advocate to deliver the information or resources needed.
  • Support the creation and implementation of new processes and materials for client accounts.
  • Meet frequently with account counterparts, including a regular cadence of in-person meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, innovative, and collaborative team culture, actively sharing knowledge and insights, and promoting a high-performance work environment.

Travel: up to 25%
Total Compensation: 137,105 inclusive of base salary and other incentives such as annual bonus. Actual offer will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, and experience.
This role can be remote in the United States or Belmont, CA.
