As a VIP Representative, you’ll be responsible for supporting established VIP accounts; account management will be both temporary in situations where current DK hosts are on leave or during other periods of absence. During temporary account management, you’ll be tasked with providing best in class service to our most valuable guests through account evaluation, troubleshooting accounts and communicating with VIP accounts about the latest DK news and promotions (where applicable). The VIP Services Representative may also be tasked with managing VIP accounts as a direct contact. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of DraftKings’ industry-leading VIP engagement strategy, understanding the true needs of our Players to foster long-term loyalty to DraftKings. When you join us, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver a world-class player experience that drives high levels of brand advocacy.

What you’ll do as a VIP Services Representative

  • Build upon strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Assist and attend events where customers are present, and help is needed.
  • Exceed engagement and service level performance targets.
  • Assist in reactivation efforts to re-engage inactive users.
  • Effectively distribute an allotted promotional budget.
  • Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.

What you'll bring

  • Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Analyze data and trends to make quick and confident decisions.
  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 91,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
